UK Tourist Visa Refused for the second time

I received my first refusal on 13th November 2017 stating that I have an unexplainable transfer of credit on 8/10/2017.

On my second application (appointment on 29 November 2017) I have attached the refusal letter and addressed it. The unexplainable credit transfer made was actually from my credit card as I am allowed to borrow 95% from my credit limit.I have attached the letter to prove source of funds together with bank statement and credit card statement but it was refused again. In the refusal letter (4 December 2017), the ECO stated that 'from the documents you have submitted it does not show your credit card bank statement. It does not demonstrate where these funds are from.'

I went back to the visa application center(VFS GLOBAL QATAR) but they said whatever documents the applicants have submitted to them, they are forwarding to UKVI and that they cannot show me the documents which they have submitted on my behalf. It is disappointing as I have paid an additional amount for their priority service.

Is UKVI having some errors sometimes? I am sure that I have submitted my credit card bank statement to justify the transferred credit with stamp and signature from the bank.

Thank you for anyone who would take time to read and answer.

i'm sorry for you--a real disappointment.

yes--ukvi are a complete shambles. but they always have the upper hand as there is no appeal against the refusal so--you will have to re-apply yet again--and make sure you enclose whatever it is they want to see.

I have attached the credit card statement again and even wrote on top of the pages by hand CREDIT CARD STATEMENT on my third application, I was so frustrated. I have mentioned in my letter that I have attached it before. I don't really know what they did, how can they say that it wasn't there, in fact, I have checked all of the documents the night before the appointment day and the next day as well again and again. I don't know what will be their grounds again if they'll refuse my third attempt:cry::cry::cry:

Always take dated high res photos of any and all of your important documents before you send them anywhere.

Also have the date and time feature enabled on your camera.

Take a picture of any addressed envelopes and accompanying docs too.

Makes it more difficult for these slimy liars to get away with their nonsense excuses.

I have submitted the documents at the visa application center, I asked them if they can show me the documents that they have submitted but they won't allow me to. I've shown them the same documents too when I went there, they just told me 'sorry, that is not our mistake' and to complain through writing an email to UKVI and they're not sure how many days will it take for them to reply to my email. Fastest way is to reapply again.

I'm gonna write an email if the third attempt is still refused.

Jobsworths are easily upset though, and can easily decide to throw your stuff into a quiet corner... so try to stay polite ... even though they make you angry. ;)

I was polite even if I felt like I wanted to shout at them, that won’t do me any good. I was just glad they allowed me to collect my passport earlier than the time indicated, I reapplied the next day, used some of their services e.g typing, printing the application and walk-in but ofcourse with additional payment.

Personally I would attach the last refusal letter and highlight the fact that you did enclose the correct documents. Perhaps this will prick someones conscience.

    Good luck

That’s exactly what I did... Also with the second application, I have addressed the uncertainties raised on my previous rejection...

    Thank you! Fingers crossed.
