At the Home Office we are continually working to improve the service available to our customers. In response to feedback, we are considering a range of additional options to make our services in the UK more flexible. You can help by telling us which services you would use if they were available. They are having a laugh, right? This survey is all about Premium Services - what the Home Office can charge extra for. They should first look at their core service and see if that represents value for money. And perhaps explain why there is such disparity for a settlement visa to the UK versus one, say, for France. The former costs £851 whilst the latter a mere 99.
