Upgraded the forum and installed a nice Christmassy skin

    Hope you all like the new theme for this month only:like:

    I have also upgraded the forum to Vbulletin 4.1.0 as a few security flaws were possible with the previous version of 4.0.8, and as this new version only got released mere hours ago I thought it would be better than a patch on the previous version...
