I lived in Baguio before and just visited recently. Nice place with nice weather.

I would not use PAL ever again, worse customer services I've ever encountered. Last few trips from London to Manila I've been using Kuwait airways, cheapest but not the best around.

We've already booked the flight, I hope they won't experience the same

I've only used them once, well strictly speaking it was wife using them as she was the passenger. I too will not use them again, worst customer service ever during the check in, and it didn't get any better during the flight. That was Dubai to Manila.

Compared to other long-haul carriers PAL is well below par but for its domestic and regional services it beats its competitors hands down in pretty much every respect often including by price.
