Thinking way back our application process, we were going gaga with how to pay for the fees online. Not to mention our problems we encountered for the payment of the additional fees in Cebu. In the long run, just when I am about to go crazy about the payment process, I happen to read the info (located just underneath the map provided in the site) that the Cebu service fees are to be handed over to the VFS agent upon submitting the application. Few weeks after my visa has been approved, I received a survey/questionnaire from UKVI and stated my aforementioned concerns in the feedback box they provided. I also included that they should have accredited test centres for TB Screening in Visayas and Mindanao. I just read the updates from VFS today that Cebu applicants can pay for the service fee online.
