hi, guys my wife and I, are now at the stage where we can submit our visa4uk application online in the next week or so, but there a few questions which are a bit confusing and we can not find any guidance notes about them.......my 1st question is about Dependent Children, my wife and I have 2 British citizen children(passport holders) and my wife has 2 children from another relationship. these 2 children do not live with us and will not be travelling to the uk with us, maybe in the distant future but not now!!........like I have said ALL 4 children have been entered on the visa application, but my wife thinks, we only need to enter the 2 children that are travelling with us?? can some one give us some advice on this and what would the implications if we left the 2 children from the other relationship who live with there father off the application. I am guessing the implications, but thought I would throw that question out there some answers and the 2nd question is , where you add the detail of the all 4 children, there's a section at the bottom, which says. country, then a drop down box where you select the country and a small guidance note, country deported from????? None of the 4 children have been deported from any country or does that mean what country they are leavening???? this queston is not a mandatory question, but is a bit confusing???? will

hi joyclarke,....we did not submit and application for my wife's children as they live with there father and not traveling at this time....maybe in another year or so but not now, our 2 little children have British passports so do not require a uk visa.. we listed all the 4 children on the visa4uk application in the dependent section, there a tick button for traveling or not traveling, and there is another section for whos traveling with the applicant which has to be filled in..
