I'm struggling, schegen visas are not open for tourists. I have tried to contact a few embassies direct for my Filipina spouse for our trip this summer to the EU but no reply or get someone who doesn't know.

Anyone have any advice on getting her a tourist visa for Portugal, France or Spain atm ?

most countries have agencies doing the work for them for example TLS is the company doing the admin for the French the only involvement the embassy appear to have is the passport is sent to them to be visa stamped by TLS and returned to TLS who in turn return it to you!
Normal practice to apply to the country that either your going to land in or spend most time in, having the visa pretty much allows free movement between countries in the Schengen area

USA is closed for tourist visa's it seems also, do you know by any chance if there is a way to apply for a USA holiday visa atm for her?

This seems to be the way we were trying to apply but no appointments available for Portugal or Spain or Italy via VFS. (three that we tried)
