Just arrived home. Went to IT Park in a taxi. Casa Verde - I had surf 'n' turf - two gigantic steaks, beautifully cooked in a lovely sauce - with chips and veg. Hanna had Brian's ribs - two great racks of ribs in sauce with veg and rice. Oh, our starters were bacon and cheese potato skins with sour cream. Two bottles of San Mig light - Hanna had a BEAUTIFUL fruit cocktail. Afterwards went across the road to a bazaar - bought 2 bottles of real fruit juice and 2 bottles of real fruit smoothie. Taxi home to the door. Tips at restaurant and to the 2 taxi drivers. Total cost for the evening - 1,040 pesos!!! In other words - less than 15 quid!!! Beautiful!!!!!!! Al.:england:
Just our tesco shopping, yesterday, came to £66... never mind the bits and bobs from Home Bargains, Lidl and Aldi...... +30 quid worth of diesel at todays prices... And Scottish Power already sent me a reminder to give them the meter reading.... I will be moving to some refugee camp in Calais veery soon...
