What are the chances of getting a UK tourist/marriage visa for my Filipina girlfriend (known over 5 years)?

I would like her to bring over my British baby son to stay with me permanently. She will return to Philippines.
I am unable to go to Philippines because I cannot walk at the moment. I can get medical certificates. She has no job or bank account, no house in her name. She has other children in Philippines 13 years old.
She has many return visits to neighbouring Asian countries in her passport. I have rich father but he won't give me any paperwork or help.
Also do you think she'll have any immigration problem leaving Philippines with my son "offloading" ?

Before we were married our visitor visa was declined. Then we got married and I wanted my wife to come over prior to her spouse visa so we could plan things. This was denied. She is over now on a spouse visa so three lots of visa payments made, two unsuccessful. My wife owns a house in the Philippines, she was a single parent to our (now) step-daughter who was going to stay in the Philippines whilst my wife came over on a visitor visa. The main reason it was declined was that despite all this the Embassy said we could not prove she would return. Based on this and what you said about her having no house, job or bank account in her name your application will be a tough one.

Like #Mattecube says, it's a lottery and there seems to be no structure or sense to it at all. You need to plan it carefully but do turn to this forum for advice, I found it invaluable and better than any immigration lawyer!
