when you guys applied for the spouse visa did any of you receive an email saying they got it or any communication from them at all...
Didn't yet but they got the payment already. My hubby checked his account. That way we know that they received the docs.
cant check my account since my lawyer did it on his. i find it pathetic that a simple email or little bit of communication from them for the amount we pay.. will be my 31 working days and still no returned documents or any contact from them.
hmm. Maybe you can ask your lawyer to check his account? How did you send it? If Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, you can track it with signature.
Given the amount of applications they get to respond to all would take up valuable resources that could be used to review applications. Your paying a lawyer use him don't let him have your money for little work
Did you check Royal Mail tracking? The last resort, as I've said, please ask your lawyer to check his account. Coz if until now they didn't get the payment then that's a lost app.
They got the payments I have the receipts and I’ve check the Royal the documents they got just no tracking for the return documents I contacted my lawyer and he said they send the documents back when they please can 1 week from when they receive it or at the end of the process
he's correct. Sometimes they return docs at the end. Though I got my hubby's passport back with the confirmation letter today.
It was delivered Wednesday only. My hubby checked his account yesterday and they got the payment too yesterday. The letter was dated yesterday also. Then received today.
How did you pay? In my case we put my hubby's card details in the form. So that's a validation that they got the docs.
You mean for the visa and nhs? Payed it all online. Have all the email receipts. If your referring to the Royal Mail at the post office on special delivery service. In cash
