I don’t know where that photo was taken so it was the best attempt I could muster. Yeah, your right, Mrs Ash extracts the urine when it comes to antiques.

I suppose one field filled with junk looks the same as another, I went to my archery club this morning to loose a few shafts, it's on the same farm as that field, that field is the venue for the biggest philippine fiesta in the UK, the barrio fiesta sa London, I know a few on here have been.

Ah. No, I did wonder about that. But have never been. I was incascerated on the IOM for a number of years so never got to go.

There is another connection. Quoting from Wikipedia..

“The geology of the valley is split, with Upper Wharfedale consisting of carboniferous limestone of the Yoredale series.[17] In the lower part of Wharfedale, around Ilkley and Otley, the underlying stone is mostly millstone grit,[18] which can be seen best at the Cow and Calf rocks on the south side of the valley on Ilkley Moor.[19]

That's actually an exhibition that's being moved between citys, I saw it advertised, so could be one of several places.

Yup, NHS, its coming or already has been to London, the colours and figures remind me of a herd of brightly painted elephants outside the Siam Discovery Mall in Bangkok a few years ago.

Each one has a pandemic theme about it. They will ultimately be auctioned off and money going to NHS fund.

Can you see Chris Whitty and Bojo and one or two others, on one of them?

“After having toured Birmingham (20th – 30th August), Manchester (3rd – 12th September) and Edinburgh (17th – 26th September), the sculptures’ last stop will be London (1st – 10th October) where they will then be auctioned on 12th October, with funds raised going to NHS Charities Together.”
