my wife now has a job and has been asked to fly to the US for an event at the end of march. she arrived in the UK on jan 31st. i'm trying to find out if there's a "minimum time" she has to be in the UK for after she first arrives on a spouse visa before she is able to fly outside the UK for business / holiday etc. i saw one forum post talking about a 3 month minimum before their partner could go somewhere else, but I thought I'd better check here
