Good morning. My wife has her ILR visa on her old passport. Since then, she has had two new passports (1 for the change of name, and 1 because of expiry). So, do we need to get her visa transferred to her new passport in order to satisfy the relevant people at both ends of the immigration chain?
I'll need to double check if she has that. I do know that her visa is in one of her old passports though.
