Sorry Leonardo I dont know any agencies handling visa. But for sure, someone from this site can help you about it. Are you helping someone for her visa?
Ok sorry I'm not use, on writing too much, I would like my fiancé to come and visit me. Someone said it's easier to have a tourist visa at the beginning then ask for more, and to ask for a short period how long is a short Period ?
Leo.. With all due respect I am afraid that the "somebody" hasn't got clue.. Other members will confirm that it is nearly impossible for a pinay to obtain a visit visa...
The "nearly" impossible is due to the difficulty in proving and showing the ECO that she has compelling reasons to return to the Philippines before visa expiry and not abscond, like many others have done in the past. By compelling reasons, we are talking about her owning property, having a serious job, a business, family commitments, etc, etc... In an ideal world, and if you are really keen on this girl, I would visit her again, just to make sure, and then go a third time to marry her. Settlement visa for nearly 1k, or free of charge Family permit if you go for the EU route.
I dont think its nearly impossible for us pinay to get visit visa. If you read thread here about visit visa, you will find out success stories. The other pinay got it many times, just forget her name here. No harm on trying, as long as you know you are eligible and working. For you to have income to show .
