anything is possible--goverments are very adept at moving goal posts. we just have to try and keep up with the game. i'm surprised they claim net migration from non-EU is rising--given the fact that visa app delays have doubled in length since my fiancee got hers 2 years ago.
Ma Maybe one is a function of the other. So much focus on Tier 2 visas that other visa types get deprioritised
The Visas are for skilled workers with an income threshold nothing to do with "Spouse Visas " which arnt capped
