Branch finders on http://www.psbank.com.ph/ and the 'Search Location' on http://www.palawanpawnshop.com/ World Remit also do cash payout at Cebuana L'Hullier, MLHullier, LBC, Metrobank and BDO, this is cash payout at any branch of these organisations anywhere in the country. The list is available without signing up, you just have to say where you want to send to and how you want the money paid out. All of those organisations also have branch finders on their websites. Oh and transfers to Metrobank bank accounts are usually completed in less than 5 minutes, i.e. you send on the website and the money is in the Metrobank account less than 5 minutes later.

Well if im to go for parole i have to prove that im genuinely sorry for what we did (sic even if were still think not guilty). And that with family and friends support we will not offend again.
WorldRemit are very good but Western Union (much as I hate them) are currently giving a better exchange rate and a much lower transfer fee from the UK, it makes a difference on moderately large transfers. If the local LBC don't do Western Union then WorldRemit are good, the following image gives the options for Cash Pickup transfers from WorldRemit. I've used these guys for years to send cash to support my kids.
I've found a LBC send money abroad link on facebook, haven't tried it yet but seems working. £300=P21.000, each rate P71 to £, £3 to send. All done online via bank or ccard. But the magic is door to door delivery this end.
@kevin taylor World Remit do offer home delivery. An even cheaper service by https://azimo.com also provide home delivery to The Philippines but this can take up to five days (depending on how far the prison is away from a major conurbation) You will also need to take delivery personally and sign for that delivery.
