I suspect climate change will start to curtail that increase up to 2050 but yeah, Philippines, we can't lay the blame entirely at the foot of the Catholic church, while they have a presence in some of these countries the influence has probably been greatest in the Philippines, but growth in these other countries will happen anyway. India will likely eventually dominate as China's demographic is getting old while India's is still relatively young, the Philippine demographic is still very young as well which might bode well for future success if the entire world ecosystem has not collapsed by then.
