Ours more or less 4 weeks should be here tmrw or Wednesday im hoping as her visa runs out on Thursday
Whilst you are waiting for a decision you are legally entitled to stay in the UK, your immigration status remains the same.
Visa ended 28th feb we're still waiting for a decision that's about 6 weeks now.. i did call them and they say it can take up to 8 weeks before they can chase it up !
hello mine will expired 7th of june 2020. im a bit confused do i have to apply for the 30th month anniversary i arrived in the uk? or i can apply within 28 days before expiration. btw it’s for my first FLR M. thanks bigmac.
Thanks @bigmac and @Dav3&Ai5a for your replies! Just one more question - I used NARIC statement previously for my fiancee and 1st flr m visas to prove my english proficiency. NARIC letter has no expiry date but the letter is quite old, dated 2016. I don't need to get a new letter from NARIC right since they have already assessed that my bachelor degree was taught in English? I just want to be sure that I can still use it again for 2nd flr m.? Anyone experienced this or used their old NARIC letter as well? Thanks!
Thanks for all your replies to my questions, our application went in for the FLR-M extension a few weeks back, now we are just waiting for the decision. I will let you know how it goes. Sateev.
