https://www.insider.com/eat-chili-peppers-live-longer-reduce-heart-disease-cancer-risk-2020-11 I eat them but shouldn't due to a hiatus hernia
Ive heard this before... Theh are good for you and indegestion etc. I eat it now and again... I didnt until the wife came here
I have eaten them since I first went to Asia in 1977, Davey. They seem to compliment most rice dishes except "Pear Conde" https://brasserieblanc.com/blog/pear-conde/ which my father introduced to our family from his days as a merchant seaman as a young man. Maybe they wouldn't be ideal on rice pudding also
Back home, we poach the pears in red wine reduction... Much more civilised way to do it. https://www.livingalifeincolour.com/recipes/pere-al-vino-rosso-pears-poached-in-red-wine-piemonte/
Millions of people have gotten healthy through low-carb plans over the years - and a growing number have discovered the wonderful benefits of ketogenic (Keto) nutrition. Many are confused, though, about how low-carb they should go. Now, Eat Rich, Live Long reveals how mastering the low-carb/Keto spectrum can maximise your weight loss and optimise your health for the long term. The unique nutritional program outlined in Eat Rich, Live Long is designed by experts to help you feel great while you eat delicious and satisfying foods. Chilli peppers LOL.
I eat what I find that is low carb, not easy in the Ph. I grow Peppers, coconuts and chili peppers and buy lettuce, cabbage, avocado, berries, fish, meat, pork and meat. Also, we grow bananas( not for me) too high in carbs,. Also we grow cocoa and other foods I can't think of the names of them.
If i ate a chilli pepper, I'd probably die from the allergic reaction. Yes, it might prevent heart disease and cancer, but, as in my case, it'll kill you instantly.
