HbA1c is a one off test. It tells you the average reading for the 3 months. It doesn’t tell you everything. It doesn’t tell you if you are insulin resistant or what you ate on a specific day though. But it is a good indicator that your GP will use so if blood sugars are high for weeks. They use it for diagnosis purposes.

Yeah, Mrs Ash is doing well. Not as rapid as your weight loss though.

I try very hard to avoid using or thinking of the word 'loss' in terms of weight, I always tend to say "I got rid of" or "my weight reduction", sometimes I forget and say "loss" or "lost" but I prefer not to, people don't like losing things it's not a positive thought :D

This nurse tweeted this sentiment today. How true it is and the point our government is missing.

I think I might be kicked out of ketosis, My British friend and his asawa come over for a visit and we had some wine, I had 3 glasses of homemade wine and I know how much sugar went in and how much fermented.
FG 0.995 according to my notes but it tasted a lot sweeter. ABV 15.5.

An interesting point about the Vitamin D3 debate, I was not aware that David Davis who has been advocating for the use of D3 had a Molecular Science degree actually a joint honours with Computer Science from Warwick University.

Makes more sense now as to why he was promoting the topic over the last year.

I downloaded the NHS App tonight not the NHS COVID App I had that already this is the one that links to your GP and looks like it gives you a bit more information than the Patient Access website.

I found this which was very interesting, the Oxford vaccines is administered as a 0.5ml solution containing 10 billion virus particles (modified adenovirus particles).

I just found it fascinating to see the size of the dose and the quantity of virus you are being exposed to by the vaccine, incredible.

That cropped up in the video I posted a few weeks back, where he was interviewed. The only scientist in the House of Commons :D He describes how he ended up following up on Vit D3.

    This one...

Remember I said he had said that big changes in national health were imminent.

I think this app that I tried tonight plugs into the hospitals better than Patient Access, sometimes I have to wait months for hospital data to appear in Patient access if ever.

One thing that really disturbs me is that all the references to hospitals which mention the Virgin company in the form of Virgin Care, apparently they now run 400 NHS services across England.

It wouldn’t surprise me if support services come on board from the private sector. I am seeing that happen right now. I don’t mean chopping up the NHS but all the nice modern add ons seem to be coming from the private sector.

To me that is chopping up the NHS.

Virgin Care has never turned a profit despite getting some very large contracts from the government and has therefore never paid tax in the UK but Branson has Virgin Care Private on the go as well and I suspect that will end up making a profit.

Growing army of doctors....in the Daily Snail today:

“The growing army of doctors who are helping their patients REVERSE diabetes: Ahead of an inspiring series by pioneering low-carb GP Dr David Unwin, meet the medics who are changing lives with a plan that could help YOU too”

“The principle behind low carb is that eating fewer carbs helps blood sugar levels stabilise so the body needs to produce less insulin, the hormone that pushes blood sugar into the cells for energy (or stores it as fat if there is too much).”

“The Tapsells are two of an estimated 3,500 UK GPs now offering low-carb programmes as an alternative way to tackle the growing obesity and type 2 diabetes 'epidemics' seen across the country.”

Bit more than a cult I would say.
