Applying for TB test, what visa category?

Guys can you please tell me what IELTS test my wife needs to pass ? A1? Then what's the other one for settlement visa?

Also please could you tell me how difficult is the tests ? If I can get anything that would help my wife to study it and where would I purchase it if any ?

When she's here I the UK . I read she has to take the B1. Is that correct?
