Kevin, that's the only one approved by UKBA and the only one that's accepted as part of the visa application.
No choice but to persevere with those contact details. Maybe ask your wife to try to contact and book appoinment.

    Have you tried to e-mail?
I've e-mailed them on numerous occasions and they've always responded well and in a timely manner.

I am right in thinking that the TB test is the only medical requirement for UKBA?

I think so Steve. Cant think of any others. My wife had none to abide by. The TB requirement is a recent one.

Hi, I just want to share this Nickel experience when she have his TB test in Manila.
the case is, evenn if you have no TB but if they find other issues from previous cases not related to TB they would put your TB test on hold for 9-10 weeks, which is so much a waste of time . IOM seems to be another money making agency, Nickel was there and she saw 5 british spouses the same as her age, clearances were put on hold,,, that's another 8000pesos fee for the second medical Exam..

What do you think about it??
Who got the same problem?? 9-10weeks on hold their TB Test Result?>>

You're lucky if someone answers the phone at IOM. Sending them an e-mail will do, got a response within 3 business days.

I first sent them email, then after 3 days i called to set the date , normally they would ask you when do you want to have the medical exam, confirm the date with them, keep calling, i heard some are having a hard time connecting, i was just a bit lucky was able to connect at once .

I had no luck at all with phoning - I tried several times 3 days running and never got through, after that I sent an email on July 9th and got a reply on the 10th with a test date of 12th July all finished in 4 days!

It is a real nuisance not having a TB Test Centre is Cebu. My fiancée only has 3 days holiday per year. And, as there is no longer a Consulate in Cebu, it means I will have travel to Manila to sign the affidavit of no impediment to marry.

I already got their reply when i emailed them. And they are asking my information as well as my fiancee information in UK(address) and send them so they can booked my desired date We are thinking that i cant book an appointment yet since my fiancee is still sorting out his new Flat, Since he is going to moved a flat that will be good for a family...
So i need to wait for his new flat contract to be approved, before i will continue all the application form as well as the TB Test...
So we are waiting all stuff at the moment...

In God's will, hope it will be as soon before Cctober. Because im planning to booked the VFS office this October. And fly UK in DECEMBER as he dont want to be alone on his birthday and Chirstmas.

Never been married before Timmers, nor has my fiancée. Even so, the Local Civil Registry (LCR) in Cebu City is requiring that I get a CENOMAR from the National Statistics Office (NSO) for myself! I heard a rumour there was such a requirement and they confirmed it to my fiancée yesterday. No mention on their website about it of course.

Please be reminded that the TB test clearance efficacy is only 6 months upon date of issuance. So better get things ready first before going for it.

No, i don't think so.CENOMAR in the Philippines is only issued to Filipinos and not to foreigners. That could be a miscommunication. Please double check. If there is a requirement showing your singleness , that should come from your country of origin and not from the Phils. :)

I concur with that, at least from personal experience. When we did our visa the wife got CENOMAR, I got the UK equivalent, Certificate of No Impediment. Things have since changed and I don't think you apply for CNI according to what others posted on the forum recently.
