Not me. I can tell you that with the exception of one who more or less does it for free, all of them where I live (also in the provinces), are absolute scumbags. You might be better looking for a good (well equipped with proper doctors/nurses on patrol etc), not necessarily private, hospital near you and starting your search there... Same goes for Dentists but fortunately there is a decent one in another "city" about 45 mins from us.
They don't start out like that, as young medical students a lot have an idea of changing the world, helping their fellow man etc.
