Just curious...... Has anyone met a Filipina through this forum that has blossomed into romance and a full time commitment? I can't remember it happening but I was away for a year or so. It just seems that there have been so many single British men asking questions about meeting a Filipina who is single in the UK (as rare as hen's teeth).
Good question. I don't know if anyone has communicated, met and fallen for someone on here but as you have stated there are people who wander by looking for that someone special. Be great if we had a BF marriage, I'd do a Cilla and "bring me 'at"
I personally don't enjoy those postings and the replies they elicit. I also believe that anyone posting or responding to random ads in corners of the Internet looking for a partner should be doubly cautious. My own view is that anyone looking to spend time with a filipino would be wiser to travel to the Philippines and as a form of quality control. So I suspect there have been no success stories and feel that it is unlikely that there will be any.
Any Filipinas already living..and settled here doesn't need a British man to provide the way and means to get here. So any British guy looking for a filipina already here is wasting his time.probably looked at the costs involved with a settlement visa and hoping to do it on the cheap.
There have been so many men who have come onto this forum asking about meeting Filipinas in the UK but it seems no-one has done it. When we point out that it is best to go to the ladies' beautiful country, almost all of them back out and don't come back here. So, 99% of them see it is so expensive and prefer to look for love in nearer places. Can't blame them really but they don't fully know how wonderful Filipinas are. We are the fortunate ones, we have our wives with us to share life together, but then again we are not the fortunate ones because we made our own destiny. We are also the happy men who invested time and money to fly over there many times and to feel the joy and excitement of the hours before landing there to meet the woman of our dreams. I remember when I was working in Brunei before I ever visited the Philippines and another tech met me and asked me "Are you married?" to which I replied "No". Then he asked "Have you been to the Philippines yet?" and when I once again said "no" he said "That's Why!" So many men I worked with in Asia married Filipinas and our two countries can combine to make happy marriages. Oh, and happy kids too
Hi, I met iHeartJa here and it's going great. I'm so excited to see her and it's going to be very exciting.
Hello! Unfortunately it did not happen He was not able to fly last September to meet me in HK due to health condition. I went there as birthday treat to my daughter. This Christmas is another sad story as my visit visa application was refused. The ECO was not satisfied that we have genuine relationship as we haven't met yet.
