If sending from the UK use the post office tracked. Don’t forget postage paid return envelope.

Did you use that service with the royal mail? I was going to use them then I fort there must be a reason why people use courier services

Yes that’s what I used. P.O. Boxes are Royal Mail so they deliver to them. Sending it tracked you then get a signature of receiver.

I renewed my passport in January and sent it to the UK using Fedex. There is an address for courier deliveries on the UK Gov web page. HM Passport Office (ONL-OVS), 101 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9BP. I hope that helps.

I've had nothing but dramas with the home office spent 15minutes on the phone to them apparently you can't send them to Sheffield no more it has to be uploaded at certain places and it costs another £75 it's a complete joke the whole process is so stressful I even paid £580 to do it as a priority the home office said manila should not of give her that address at the biometrics

I knew they were doing uploads now but didn’t realise they had replaced the sending of documents so quickly.
I thought part of the uploading of documents was being able to do it yourself not just a few specific places.
Could you keep us updated on how you get on, our next FLRM is next year so will be keeping abreast of the changes they keep throwing into the process.

thats what i thought too--saves someone at UKVI having to scan papers.
the idea of paying £75 to save UKVI the work is just plain ridiculous.
