    I recall the midwife saying to my wife, "pop yourself on the bed". I am sure she uses it everyday of the week and everyone would understand it. My wife had no idea what she meant. I had to translate. :D

    NO I like to be told straight I would agree I am floundering my head is mixed up and I am scared stiff to be honest. and questioning my feelings constantly. He fully understands the work situation not the rest I shall e-mail him to tell him this. Thanks for the straight talking !

    Just to add more confusion to the discussion I do not believe the NHS surcharge applies to Fiance visas, I read up on it the other day.

    does anyone know how long a successful fiancee visa applicant can postpone coming here before the visa expires ?
