Don't panic, don't panic Mr Mannering, the FLR(M) is basically the same as your Fiancée visa application + NHS payment + marriage certificate + correspondence to your home address for the pair of you. If you have any doubts then just post, I'm sure one of us here on the forum can point you in the right direction.
Well Andrew, look at it like this, once you have filled out the application it will be your last one for another 2.5 years It is a pain as most of us know.
It seems more than it is. A lot of the second half gets by passed. I actually found it a lot easier than the fiancee visa. A lot of the form explains itself.
Hopefully you have kept copies of your Fiancée visa application, you can use this as a good guide as most of the information you require for the FLR is on your Fiancée visa application.
Not sure. Go through and do one form for Corina. If Krian can be on the same form then it will all make sense as you go through.
Just looking through. Dependent children under 18 are added in section 4. So you only need one form for both. Children over 18 can only be included if they were under 18 on the first application.
Using the on line application system. What does "Visa route" and "visa type" mean? I assume that "Visa route" is "Leave to Remain" and that the Visa Type is FLR(M)? It insists that "You are exempt"!
I don't know why it would say that. Where did you get the online application from? I didn't think you could apply online for flr(m). I used the details here: https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family/apply You can pay the health charge there too. Certainly if you print out the form and work your way through it is fairly self-explanatory.
Yes, that is what I am using. I meant that I clicked onto the link to the IHS payment online payment system that is in that document and completed it in Corina's name and with her details and her dependent's details. It said that she and her dependent were exempt.
Ah right. Apologies. I though you meant you were applying online. I can't look there as I'm not registered. It does say you need to pay it though. I remember having no problems with it.
