I suspect that the system has found the payment but not the refund, which, if correct, says something about civil service accounting procedures.

Just spotted that there is a "Super Premium Service" whereby for a mere £8,750.00 the Home Office will come to you, process your biometrics and issue your visa within 24 hours.

I go to the Premium Service website which sends me to the IHS website which requires me to pay the IHS; there is no way to enter the IHS confirmation number on the premium service booking form...
