The average man in the street is getting peed off at these middle class "educated" kids preaching and blocking the roads, yes middle-class, the mouthy one yesterday calls herself ziggy stardyke, she is some sort of militant lesbian, in truth, tell me, what does a kid like that really know about the world? What has a kid like that actually seen? https://www-dailymail-co-uk.cdn.amp...-protesters-blockade-road-outside-Met-HQ.html

They are the generation who will actually face the consequences, they are speaking out not just for themselves but for all the rest of the planet.

They are going to fail, lets be honest the world is f*cked nothing is going to fix it and they will fail because "the average man in the street is getting peed off at these middle class 'educated' kids" but at least they are trying.

Yeah average man in the street wants to be uninterrupted in his blind stumble towards oblivion.

:D Yeah it's a juvenile slogan, but we were all young once and they are speaking to their own juvelnile generation as well as hoping to reach out to the older folk.

Are we all supposed to be born with a 60 year old attitude built in? :D

There is an aspect here of the attitude that the young should be seen and not heard.

I ain't 60 thankfully, when I was their age I had a totally different mindset as I needed to work, I was far more mature, my kids a few years older than them, had he been a lesbian militant f*ck-wit I would have taken the failure as bad parenting on my part

I never thought of you Tawi as having a mindset like that, I always liked your open view of just going out there and experiencing the world and reporting back on it, I'm slightly saddened by reading this.

I respect our military as well John, but it's a free country with freedom of speech, so are these people not allowed to express themselves, you are free to express your disapproval of them and you are doing that right now right here.

Youngsters like the one in your main clip can go on to grow up to be good or bad.

So can the bright young upstanding young men and women who join the military, the choices they make in early life don't define them for their entire life.

Plenty of horror stories about ex military doing horrendous deeds in civilian society, small numbers I will grant, but bad things happen and I personally as a youth narrowly escaped bad outcomes when confronted by ex military individuals.

But this is what these activists lack and that is respect, their actions alienate people, they only come out to play when it suits them ie kids going back to school, where is the freedom of speech in pouring paint over things,? it just detracts from their points of view, here we are talking about their actions rather than their message!
They are anarchists wit no respect and no backbone. I wonder how much fuel they used arriving at their intended targets

That's the point they are trying to find a way to shake you out of talking about just the actions and to get you to see the point, sometimes for some people they will succeed and that is their political victory for each time they succeed but most of the time they will fail because people don't want to hear.

They are not anarchists, this country has never seen real anarchy, they are just trying to find a way to express themselves, most of them will end up conforming to the British norms, at the age they are at this is one of the few times in their lives that they will ever be able to express themselves, let them, we need to hear more than just a narrow conformist set of views.

Past few months I have attended a few marches, BLM and far right (I met a filipina at the far right one ) just to try and get into people's mindsets, you can express yourself at any time of your life, age isn't a barrier,I met BLM and far right marchers in their 70's.
    Take a decade off the 67 ;)
