    Thankyou. I received a nice card from my 2.5 year old that she made at nursery on Thursday.

    Oh wow how sweet and thoughtful. :) I'd just be ordering food tonight so my papa doesn't have to prepare dinner. And whisper I love you as well.

    My wife says that its father's day in the Philippines today, too. Which is confusing as mother's day is on a different day in each of the two countries.

    Yeah, March for Mother's day, right? I hope you've been enjoying the day.

    Salamat. Got a nice card and gifts off my 13 year old. I have a card and gift from my almost 1 year old but haven't received it as of yet as mama had an early start in work.

    Thank you Jenibele and MariBhella who also made a thread for today.

    My daughter (one of two cheeky monkees) also made a home made card for me. My son was too young and probably too impatient to make one!

    My 21 year-old son always gave me a nice card, but is probably too busy thinking about his wedding day next Wednesday . :)

    I have another son due in August though...so off we go again.:D

    Congratulations Graham.

    You are a bit like me now. Large span between youngest and oldest.

    Hi Graham,

    I thought I was the oldest Dad here but if the 59 in your name is correct (?) and you and your lady are awaiting the stork in August you will have outdone me!
    What is your lady's name and are you married again?
    Congrats for your news :like::D

    Thanks aposhark.

    My board names always lag behind my true age, so actually I'm coming up to 64 in September. :D

    My son is from my first marriage to a (Bicolana) Filipina, which stretched from 1991 - 2006....at which time I was given custody of my boy.

    My current (Filipina) young lady and I will have been together 4 years this coming October. She is the one who is due in August. She is aged 29, and is called 'Mercedes'. She is from Pangasinan, but lives and works in Paranaque, Manila. We are not married...YET. :)

    Congratulations Graham, my wife is from Paranaque, very handy for the airport and it has a thriving community, very safe too of course.
