    the certificate doesn't carry over to a new passport so that may help if she leaves it a while, anyhow she didn't leave Philippines on this journey so that should be evidence in itself.

    WOW,my nephew is super happy,she arrived last night,slightly late,took her a while to get through immigration due to the queue's she is awake now,going shopping in London this afternoon for UK type cold-weather clothing :)
