I'm just pleased to see that Brady didn't ask for his ashes to be scattered on Saddleworth Moor as was initially reported, as from what I have read nobody could have stopped that from happening, at least as far as the law goes. If it were up to me they would mix the ashes with clay from which they produce 2 or 3 prison urinals.

Just catching up with all my reading after my holiday,it is being reported that the coroner would not release its body till assurances were given that its ashes would not be spread over Saddleworth Moor.
