Hi, just want to ask about ILR, when is the earliest time to apply for IRL, did you took English test again? And when is the earliest time to take my Life in the UK test? Thank you've advance.

Earliest time you can apply is 28 days before the FLR expires,

You need a B1 English test, so will need to take that if you don't already have it.

Life in the UK doesn't expire so you can take it at any time. Earlier the better. Get it out the way.
