I don't know who has been advising you, but the numpty should not have recommended that you fired Ancelotti as manager of Chelsea, in favour of such an obvious unproven donkey like we have in charge now. I feel sorry for AVB. He's a decent bloke, and was brave to take on Chelsea as only his second club - though I guess now he'll be thinking of where next? Abramovich has always been after instant success and expecting to be Champions League winner through money alone (a lesson Man City are learning). Mourinho, Scolari, Hiddink, Ancelotti - all failed to deliver at that level. So they must be crap managers, right...? And Grant must be the best manager they've ever had? Hmm... Ancelotti was the best thing that could have happened to Chelsea, and he should have had much more time to forge a CL-winning team. The bloke is true class, and did wonders at Milan.
