I don't think rinsing would make all that big a difference for a soft fruit like raspberries, I ate a lot of them last year up until September when the epidemic started to take off again then I stopped, giving them a day or so before eating might result in a chance of any viral contamination being oxidised off, that kind of surface is going to be a hard one to study in terms of viral lifespan. I think I mentioned before that I have two crowns on molars at the back and they are vital to my plate as one acts as the left hand anchor, I can't afford to break that crown both literally and figuratively as it cost 600 quid in the first place But small amounts of roasted peanuts are working for fibre up to 40grams a day in my case, they are a legume but they don't appear so bad in terms of carbs.
Don't wear a ring and my hands have never really shown any signs fat considering my weight. However I do now fit my 42" jeans of which I have a good few pairs in very good condition as I never throw anything away and in waiting I have several pairs of 40" jeans but after that I will have a bit of a problem as the next ones that I can find are 36" and about 26 years old still in perfectly good condition.
Mrs Ash’s favourite British meal is a roast chicken dinner. In this case she has cooked celeriac roasties instead of potato.
I tried Almond milk, unsweetened. Tasted awful in my coffee, going to stick to full fat cream. Not lost anymore weight since last week I may have gained some muscle mass, I have been doing exercise's on my home gym.
Mrs Ash drinks the same, but mainly because she is lactose intolerant. She cannot drink milk otherwise it upsets her stomach. I don’t like almond milk either but I drink full fat / whole milk. Here is a video that you might find very useful Jim.
There is also almond butter. It looks like peanut butter but tastes a little different. I have bought mine in Aldi. Most of my nut intake is in the form of almond flour in the form of cakes or bread. So no crunching necessary.
Thanks for that, John. I was wondering about eating all that fat (70%) when we have fat on our body! I don't think I could fast for 48 hours.
I have at times gone two meals a day without hunger in between and doing fairly physical work. In my case it was a big cooked breakfast, without lunch and then an evening meal. With the right food choices I didn’t go hungry.
Do you detect a little brain fog in your old age? If so you may be developing a condition sometimes termed Type 3 diabetes or Dementia. Dr Paul Mason explains....

Dr David Oliver NHS GP today endorsed this video of Sarah Hallberg. It is on Insulin Resistance. Upon posting he says “This is a brilliant video that I’ve watched several times because it’s so good! Well worth a watch if you can find a spare 18 minutes!”
Mrs Ash is starting to get responses from work colleagues. They can’t understand how she can eat so much and lose weight. She is trying to tell them it isn’t how much you eat so much as what you eat. But it just does not compute with them. From the Filipino perspective, Mrs Ash has not eaten any rice since the beginning of November and is still alive. Losing weight at about 2kg a month and not going hungry. Meanwhile in Sefton, Liverpool:
