    Hi @Timmers and @bigmac! Question on how yo fill out the FLR M form. Given that we will be married by the time we submit the application form, how should we respond to the question pertaining to category and the like? As spouse or fiance? I am leaning towards spouse but not sure if it should be how I got here originally which is the fiance route. Sorry if my question isn't too clear.

    By the time you apply for the FLR(M) so you will indeed be the spouse :)

    When you passed your English Test you will have been given a unique number which identifies you as having passed the English Test as required by the UKVI, this number can then be used on your Fiancée/Spouse and FLR(M) application for example.

    Take a look at your English Test paperwork to find the number, I think it is a 10 digit number (I'm not 100%).

    That will be fine as you are allowed to apply 28 days before your existing visa expires.

    thats fine--the case worker will sort out any problems with you there and then. i'm sure our application had a few--but it went through ok without any difficulty. you get the decision same day--and the BRP about a week later. just remember to take all the required paperwork and your passports.

    Just leave it blank as you have already paid online, remember to take proof of payment with you when you visit the premium centre.

    Does the FLR form need to be single-page printed, or can it be a 2-side print? Thanks in advance for your replies.

    You can have It double sided, you will save a tree or two that way :)

    Just to clarify, see the passage below which is taken from the actual FLR(M) form you will be using;

    If you are producing a double-sided copy of this application form, please include this page and make sure it falls on the reverse of the payment details page in the two-sided copy.
    For administrative reasons, it’s important that the rest of the form begins with Section 1- Applicant’s Details facing upwards

    Thanks, that's the idea. :)

    Yeah, I've read this bit. Just wanted to know if someone did the 2-side copy so I could be at peace. :D

    I'm surprised the Government does not do more to try and emphasise the use of double sided paper as it would save mountains of paper throughout their worldwide visa processes and beyond.
