As you may know, UKBA is part of the Embassy complex in Taguig City which is really quite close to Terminal 3 at Manila's NAIA where, earlier this week, some crazed loons drove a Toyota car packed with explosives and incendiary devices. Very fortunately the terrorists involved were caught before they could detonate their car bomb.
