Phil degree equivalent in UK

Hi. Thanks for this. My experience is actually in learning & development, which is a different branch of HR (the branch that deals with specific labor laws is employee relations). You’re right though that I would probably need to start at the bottom just to get a leg up there. In the meantime I’m also looking at possible part-time postgraduate courses just to beef up my qualifications here while I’m still doing fulltime childcare.
