Well, things are looking gloomy for Rangers! I lack a lot of knowledge about Scottish football but my brother in laws follows them religiously since his childhood days in Glasgow. And he reckons his father is turning in his grave..

    Why?

Rangers having been bought out and changed into a "new" club, means that they are out of the Scottish Premier league and not many other clubs want them back in for a while - it helps their own chances. So, the liklihood is that either Rangers enter the Scottish divisions at Division 3, or they get lucky and get a step into division 1 with the possibility of a promotion next year into the Premier league..

Reckon that will cause a few fights amongs the fans in Glasgow....

Well it would be nice if it ends the sectarian feud that has gone on for generations in Glasgow and elsewhere in Scotland.

The only plus point in growing up in that environment was that the crazy violent b*****d's stood out like a sore thumb, didn't make it that much easier to avoid them as there were so many on both sides but it helped a bit.
