most common allergy is to peanuts but it's actually a legume. when I brought this nugget of info up at school they told me peanuts are banned because they are processed in the same facilities as real nuts :)

I was on a flight and they cam back out and collected in all the nuts as the dust will travel through the recycled air. Its a shame the pilot was a nut though

the parents of this poor girl were on the Jeremy Vine show on Friday their story of their daughters death was harrowing even Jeremy broke down. (if you get a chance to listen to it on his podcast its worth it)
The parents have done a lot of campaigning for changes to on ingredient labelling to be made law

Maost flights ask for nut allergies pre flight and then pull them from service. They will also announce on the tannoy for severe cases. I was on at least one flight where they issued and then took back all the nuts. We cannot sannitise the world but if its possible its a small price to pay.

Do they ever take back the bread rolls because one of the passengers has a wheat allergy?
