It is a shame on this nation that we ever had John Terry acting as captain of our national team (England that is)! His lack of respect for anyone except for himself was evident in all but a few of the stories published about him.

The FA has done it again, Terry was cleared of racialism, but the FA has balls up yet again.
No wonder we can't win jack **** or rather FA.
One of the better defenders now gone.:england:

I am afraid that he hasn't been cleared of anything........... This hearing will last a couple of days....
And in my mind, rightly or wrongly he will be penalised anyway, as the FA is looking for a big name to crucify in the name of racial harmony........... And Terry is the the obvious fall guy, as the Suarez-Evra debacle was not enough to appease the hunger due to the fact that neaither participants were indigenous to this shores...
What irks me, is that the FA bigwigs think that they are above the findings of a Court of Law.......... Which is worrying..........

John Terry may not be everybody's Sunday School teacher role model, but we have to recognise that without his imput on the field, England and Chelsea may have come out much worse on many occasions....
What he does in his private life, unless it breaks the laws of the land, should be nobody's business.

As Garth Crooks said recently. "It is only half time for John Terry". So we have just kicked off for the 2nd half.

Somehow I just cannot believe that Terry is a racist by heart. I mean, he has played with different players from all over the world throughout his long career and there hasn't been a single incident or accusation. I am still pondering what to make of this whole story...

He is not a racist and that was made clear in court! He did however say some racist rubbish on the pitch, but his private life leaves a lot to make most people raise an eyebrow. This man was Captain of the England team, he should have been held to a higher standard and when he acts like a thug his armband should have been stripped from him.

Hear hear Sean! An England captain should be an ambassador and an example to everything that is good in the sport. Were I still a teacher in England and a manager of a school football team (which I did for 15 years) I would tell my players to be the exact opposite of this moron - never mind that he is a 'good defender' - he is certainly not an example to England or the young players of today - I say we are well rid of him!!

I meant to say he was cleared of racialism in the courts, not the dimwits from the FA.

The FA................. They feel they are above the Law of the Land, and act accordingly..............:(

One thing is trying to stamp out racism..
Another thing is making an example out of someone whose biggest sin is not being too faithful to his wife............
