This forum has been instrumental in answering our queries and getting our visa application right. All we can say is THANK YOU. Got my visa today. Bless your big and generous hearts
It is always pleasing to hear of successes. Thanks for letting us know. Congratulations. Don't forget the CFO..... And also a special thank you to all the members that one way or the other help others through their experience.
Thanks @firew0myn , @Aromulus , @lainchelle, @ChoiAndJohn @firew0myn, it's for a fiance visa. Submitted online on January 30, got passport today, Feb 4. I put March 7 as intended date of travel, so that's when the visa would be valid. Now I can tender my 30-day notice from work earlier than planned good luck with your application, won't be long now.
Unfortunately I had to use their premium service to allow me to hand over my projects and assignments smoothly. I was actually expecting 10 working days then after that, that's when I was planning to resign. Guess I can sort more stuff then. I was tempted to avail of it too but thought otherwise. I can only pray to the heavens for patience as the waiting time officially began today.
If it weren't for my demanding schedules in work recently, I wouldn't have gone for the service. Now I'm thinking how long it would take me to get the visa if I went for standard service. I'm guessing not long since they gave me results in 2 days, and not 10 working days...
ooh--well done !! i think youre the first on here to use the new premium service for a settlement visa--saved weeks of anxiety--must be worth it.

Thanks @bigmac! It is, because I did not want to resign just yet without getting the visa first. There is also my TB test that is due to expire in a few weeks. Now I can plan on having my documents and university stuff authenticated, etc.. Plus get a schedule for the CFO.
Congratulations and well done to both I know you used the premiun service but even so, that's a truly remarkable result. I wonder how many folks reading this will now be very tempted to follow in your footsteps.
