Visa Application Payment

    Hello Ruth. I'm totally with you in this. In paying for the additional fee, it should be handed over (Cash) personally by the applicant in VFS Cebu.
    Here's the info highlighted in my previous post #14

    (Applicants who wish to lodge their UK visa application at the visa application centre in Cebu will be required to pay an additional service fee of Php 4, 425 in cash at the visa application centre)

    so--why apply at Cebu--? is it likely to speed up the decision process ?

    where else can you apply that doesnt incur this additional charge ?

    Well if your in Cebu and decide to save the additional cost by going to Manila you're still gonna be paying more for the flight anyhow plus the inconvenience. The extra cost is probably because you're applying at a sub-application centre. The additional money is for the process in Cebu and sending the completed application up to the main hub in Manila I'd of thought
