I'm 65 and have a lovely little boy aged 17 months (as well as the one aged 23 who lives with me in England).
No probs for me keeping up with the younger one. :D

Funnily enough, it's having kids that encouraged me to give up both cigs and alcohol... neither of which I now use. :)

As long as the wife is young and fit to look after a baby, he doesn't need to worry. Go @bigmac !

My wife is about the same as when she came over, but thinner than she was a few years ago in The Philippines when she lived with her uncle who ran a Chinese Restaurant!

I asked Mrs M why she thinks Filipinos put on weight here when Philippines diet is far from healthy and contains a lot of sugar and salt, yet she hasn't put on any weight despite being here, eating a lot and spending a lot of time lounging about on the sofa watching Netflix!

She reckons it's because when they come here they eat a lot of puddings (or, as she puts it, poodings) and they don't really have puddings in Philippines, but we don't have puddings ourselves.

So now you know. Cut out the puddings!!

Lol I really think that's the culprit. Had too much pudding while I was in the UK and put an extra weight on. But can't get enough of it. Never had those kind of puddings in my life before. :D
