I've learned in life that I should not challenge the elite. For one, they don't like it. Secondly, they usually change the argument by deflecting it to less serious things.

Markham suggests I haven't fact checked an article - I have, I have not said nor implied the article is 100% accurate. Rees-Mogg is a perversion to the business of Parliament, filibustering away any debates the people he opposes may have. Of course, this behaviour is not restricted to the Tories, but my opinion is that Rees-Mogg is undemocratic and a hypocrite.

I see he is the new champion for the eccentric loving Englishmen. What happened to the last two?

Who? The de Chairs? They have never owned Wentworth Woodhouse. Why don't you read its Wiki entry as you obviously doubt anything I write.

I enjoy the logic of Rees-Mogg and can only see him increasing in popularity.

Daddy's Boy Rees Mogg who represents the constituency of the 18th century.

As an ardent anti same sex equal rights puritanical he is obviously not on my Christmas card list.

Consistently voted against increasing the tax rate applied to income over £150,000
Almost always voted against a banker’s bonus tax
Almost always voted for reducing the rate of corporation tax
Almost always voted against restricting the provision of services to private patients by the NHS

What exactly do you find to disagree with there, Mark?

It looks like a list of readily check-able facts. If you don't much care for facts, perhaps you prefer "alternative facts"?

Ann-Marie Morris, Brexit zealot, uses the n word on a panel with John Redwood and Bill Cash..

Do these pillars of the Brexit movement react? No, they don't even blink.

So that's three pillars of the Brexit campaign who show themselves to be racists.

The good news - she's been suspended - what do we call that - ONE DOWN...

    Party Seats
    Conservative 316 CALL THAT 315
    Labour 262
    Scottish National Party 35
    Liberal Democrat 12
    Democratic Unionist Party 10
    Sinn Féin 7 (don't sit)
    Plaid Cymru 4
    Independent 2
    Green Party 1
    Speaker 1 (doesn't count)
    Total number of seats 650

    642 - (315+10) = 317.
    315 +10 = 325

    8 to go!

Ah that's ok then, Labour can get into bed with the DUP to make up a fantasy government, but its not ok for the Tories to do so.

You lost me, there? Why would Labour form a coalition with the DUP and why would that be OK?

Dunno, you tell me, you seem willing for this current government to fail, but its plain to see Labour can't make up the numbers, no matter how you spin it. Are you suggesting Labour form a minority government with just 262? I'd just be interested to know how an alternative would pan out.
