Yes decisions are made at the embassy. Results are being forwarded back to VFS Office or couried back to the applicant.
I would say that it is a very extensive list of documents stating strong reasons to go back to ph. Goodluck!
hi @Shane2189 im still not confident with the docs that i have since my supervisor wont sign my leave consent even though it's approved by workforce management and our HR wont issue an official leave consent letter. @OTT I know you left a comment in my previous thread that my requirements look pretty good but I wont have my leave consent letter anymore. so requirements that I have now are these.. 1. Passport (only traveled once ) 2. Certificate of Employment 3. 6 months payslip and Bank statement for my payroll account 4. Savings account (I dont have much money on it but my aunt sent me 100k for my pocket money and roundtrip ticket) 5. 6. Sponsorship letter 7. Their bank statements and pension statements 8. Chat logs of me and auntie 9. Copies of their passport with stamps 10. Tenancy agreement I dont know but I'm afraid I may be denied of a general visitor visa because of the leave consent letter.
Hi Rubebe , thats a pity about your leave of absence letter as I think it would be a big help with your application. Is there any valid reason that they won’t issue and sign it ?
My supervisor wont sign for it because he doesnt want to be accountable for it. I don't know why. He's just like that even before. I can't send them the screenshot of my schedule with my approved leave cause it's confidential and I may be violating my company's regulations. :'(
If you have been granted by your company a leave then the embassy would verify it through your HR department. I have a friend who doesnt have any assets nor properties but she was approved of a visit visa. She is unemployed. I will take a screenshot of the docs she submitted.
Thank you so much, ate. I am gonna submit the utility bills nlng under my parents' name and IDs of my parents brothers and sisters. They are my strong ties here. ahahaha My travel is fully sponsored by my aunt since this is her birthday gift for me even my pocket money is given by hers. I will pray hard! Good luck to us ate. will pray for your application as well
Hello @shie1989. Did your bf/sponsor received a call from embassy for verification? How about your office?
Some companies can issue a document to their employees indicating the allowable and/or remaining number of leaves they can or have filed. If your HR can provide this for you, that should do the trick. I've submitted this type of document before where the UKVI can always verify the information by calling the department.
@rubebe if you have definitely got permission for your leave , bit you can’t get it in writing , I would write a note explaining that , and include the name and phone number of the person they can call to verify it . Include an official business card or letter heading if possible . Not owning property on its own is not likely to lead to a refusal if everything else is satisfactory to them . You can include parents birth certificates and explain that you help your parents to pay their utility bills .[/USER]
Using my company's logo is a violation I'm just going to write a letter why I cant provide a leave consent letter. My parents' have issues with their name in their birth certificate so I would submit their marriage certificate instead. Thank you for your advice
You are not "using" your company's logo, you are simply submitting a copy of it to evidence the fact that the company is your employer. Unless your employer is outlawed and therefore doesn't want to be traced or their physical presence to be known, they have no real grounds for objection. They are unlikely to be contacted, the ECOs simply don't have the time, so it's up to you to provide the evidence.
They provided me COE. That's for my employment, not for my leave of absence. I already talked to our HR and they really can't provide any leave consent letter. They said that the company doesn't give out leave consent letter. they can only provide "COE for VISA APPLICATION" and that's it. If I make my own leave consent and have my supervisor sign for it, I have to use company's logo in my letter, to make it an "official letter" from the company and with that I am already violating my company's rule and regulation. I don't want to risk my employment just because of the leave consent letter. =)))))) I am employed. On paid leave. I don't know what else to submit as an evidence that I'm on leave. HAHAHAHA
Must be a very secretive company. I dont know why they cant give you a letter (or yan type the wording itself and they print it to the company letterhead) stating from x dates and y dates for the approved leave and they dont have any objection of you going away for a holiday. Even the govt gives it out.
Do you have a communcation saying your leave is approved? An email or something? that being said, will it make much difference if you have it or not with all the other info you are providing?
I know. Ive talked to several HR staff already and got nothing so im just taking the risk and submit my application without it since my stay is only for 7 days.
