You will nominate a post office near you the card is sent there.she will get a letter sent to your address as authorisation to collect the card.must be done within 10 days if landing.

When the spouse visa is approved you will get a letter telling you to travel to the UK within 30 days and you have within 10 days of arriving in the UK to collect the BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) in the designated post office that will be in the letter.

everything to sheffield--except her passport..and a printed off/ signed copy of her vaf4. she takes those to vfs.

    suggestion:-

before you send anything--type a list of ALL your documents on here for all to see and maybe someone will spot anything missing.

Most people doing recently, the spouse in UK is sending docs straight to Sheffield once the applicant in Phil have done his/her biometric.

So what's this scanning documents at vfs global ? It's ridiculous this is .. I do not know what I'm supposed go do and neither does my solicitor ?

Her appointment is 31 may and says bring all supporting documents as they will be the only ones that will be considered.

They don’t do scanning service anymore in VFS they will tell you to send all documents to Sheffield.
