    Guys i went home last April after a year of not seeing her thats why i availed the priority visa hoping she will be with us going back home hahaha anyway all is well now. We are just so happy and have to go back again hahaha but thats alright. Thank you for all your help!

    Hi everyone, just want to confirm. We just submitted and confirmed our online appointment/application for fiance visa few days ago and I didnt noticed that they have an option of choosing vfs scanning service or all documents to submit in Sheffield. Now I'm worried if we missed out something during our submition of application. Anyone who knows or experience about this matter? @Mrs_Oggy @Numpters

    I may be wrong and someone please correct me if I am but from memory when we submitted ours just days after the change VFS said that they would scan for a short while I have a feeling 3 months after that all documents to be sent to Sheffield. I couriered mine to the phils only the week before otherwise i could have saved kyself the problem. I think in future the appicant in the Philippines will have to courier their documents to either the other half to send with all their papers or direct to Sheffield. Im sure if it is still available it woukd be listed among the other paid for services on offer in the VFS website. I know it was there a few weeks ago because I saw it still advertised.

    During your biometrics appointment, the VFS official will ask if you'll avail of the scanning service or if you'll just send the docs to Sheffield yourself. If you prefer the scanning option, bring cash and make sure all docs are in A4. :)

    Has anyone had any success in using the online tracking on the HO website where you put in your application reference number. I have heard people have got it to work. When using our GWF number all im getting is number not recognised.

    Its been 3 weeks now since we were contacted for more information...im pulling my hair out...i cant believe they are taking 3 weeks to go over our application. Its really not that complex :frust:
