On your husbands documentation, is he producing 2 packs ? ... for example:-

proof of relationship - 2 off one for you and another for your daughter
P60 proof of earnings only 1 original so does he photo copy this for inclusion in the other pack
His Passport (Certified Copy) 2 Certified copies - 1 for each pack..

I have intially done two differents letter for me and my daughter. And now my husband is working through his sponsor letter and asked me if he needs to make a different one for our daughter. I hope more member can put their insights regarding this. Good luck to both of us.

Yes just a copy then the original will be on my pack. That's the advise i got from here. for the proof of relationship, i have made a separate compilation of pictures mostly of her and her dad. And for the communication part, i also have compiled screenshots of her and her dad on a video call.

btw, does my husband photocopy just the biometric page of his passport or the visa page as well? Where can he get his passport copy certified?

I've just had mine done last week,
I rang around a few solicitors in my local area, until i found one that will do it (not all do)
they charged me £10, I actually had all pages with visa stamps certified, but they did say they normally only do the biometric page.

I've just spoken to the UK immigration Help line, at £1.37/minute. To enquire if the 2nd pack I submit as a sponsor needs to be original or copies, they told me the 2nd pack can be copies, but when I submit them to Sheffield for scanning, I have to include a covering letter stating they are together and also state the Passport Numbers & GWF Numbers (online application numbers)...

She also told me that all documentation including my wifes needs to be sent to Sheffield?
I thought my wife submitted these when she got her appointment?

your wife takes any documents she has to VFS with her passport and signed printed copy of the online application form most documents will be from yourself--so send them to sheffield.

Any suggestions if we should make two different cover leters for the applicant and dependent and also another two sponsor's cover letter?

Editing my cover letter. Too many cheesy stuff.

Is this right? The character ñ is not recognized on visa4uk registration. When i entered my last name Miñon it says invalid surname.

how is it printed in your passport ?

Even my husband's is printed miñon but in his visa its only minon

the ~ sign above a letter does not occur in the English language---which is the language the visa application has to be made in--so i assume it will just have to be omitted.

And also for the accomodation details there's line 1, line 2... shall i put it this way?
Line 1 : house number and street name
Line 2: barangay, municipality, province
Line 3: philippines
