No worry, IELTS general training is somewhat technical, you just have to be chatty for the speaking test, keen listener for the hearing test, but must be acquainted with other accents like Australian , American,Northern American aside from British becoz you will never guess what accent they will be playing on the audin writing , so long she knows how to compose a letter, and in reading, that is more of skimming the answers from the article of 3000 words ... British Council can be very strict , but is the one i would prefer suggesting to you

Now my another problem is the refund,I requested for it and successfully sent but almost a month already there is still no reply from them.I'm just worried because it's a big amount of money.I don't know if they recieve my request or they have process it already.
